I was wondering how tall I would be if I was a man.... weird, I know :)
Thanks!

Well according to the site www.disabled-world.com the average height of a woman in the U.S. is 5" 4.6 inches. And a man's average height is about 5" 10. Taking your height in to a ratio with those two number you would come out being 6" 0.8 or just above 6 feet tall

The actual world doesn't work like that. For example, being a 5'7" woman makes you slightly above average in Iceland but unusually tall in the Phillippines. The average male height in the Netherlands is about 6 foot whereas, in Bahrain, it's 5'`5".
Still, on average, typical men (who don't exist) are five or six inches than typical women (who also don't exist). Going by this dubious basis, and ignoring all other possible factors, had you been provided with a y-chromosome so as to enable testicles to develop (and then some other stuff), you might like to assume you'd have been a six footer (about average in the Netherlands).

I would look at your dad and the men on your mother's side and figure somewhere in between them. Two of my brothers and I got the height from my dad(6;4") and my youngest got the height from my mom's side(6'0")

I don't think that there is an algorithm to solve this, but a shot in the dark says 6' 2".

5'7"
