Help with quick conversion from freq to energy (easy)

Plug and chug the numbers youve been given.Seems to me your issue is you dont understand algebra, because its certainly not the physics here.-ask your nerd classmate.......
h= 6.626 x 10^-37j/s
freq= 4.4 x 10^14 hz

Energy (joules)= h x freq

might need,, hz= 1/s

Use dimensional analysis to go unit to unit

I really don't get it. What about energy (joules) = h X freq don't you understand? You have the answer right there. Plug and chug the numbers you've been given.
