Only fools deny reality just because it conflicts with what they have been told.
Now as for you: telepaths hear things like, "God, I hate my job..." or "I wonder if he will like me in my new sweater." Mundane thoughts of the people around them. Schizophrenics hear voices telling them to kill people, or that the dog next door is a demon, and other destructive and nonsensical things. If you think people are out to get you, that's schizophrenia.
But's easy to prove real telepathy: ask your mother to write down her favorite fruit, her favorite color, the name of a dog or cat she once had, and what is her favorite movie. Let her look at the list, think about it, and you tell her what she wrote. Easy...

Jon say: You need to keep hold of the awareness that these thoughts you are experiencing are not from outside.
One of the classic symptoms of schizophrenia is losing track of your own trains of thought (or loss of cognitive monitoring, to use the technical term - you cannot monitor your own thoughts). This can lead people with the illness to mistake what are really their own thoughts for ones from elsewhere. It sounds as if you have this illness. Your own 'straying' thoughts come back into your awareness and not recognising that they are your own, you are naturally and understandably worried and conclude that they must be from someone else. Keep reminding yourself that they are not - they are your own.
Do get help - this is a real illness and there is treatment that helps.

Morningfox say: Why won't you admit that you are delusional?

Dr. NG say: Because we can't just take your word for it. Get the person your telepathically communicating with to join you for a demonstration. It won't take long for both of you to work that ability into a fortune.
In the meantime, just to be safe, stick with the medications and professional treatment.

John say: One only needs to admit to what is real. Telepathy has never been established as being a real phenomenon. If you are truly hearing voices in your head as if someone next to you was speaking, then you need to talk to your doctor. According to another question you've recently asked, you say you've been prescribed some medication for hearing voices. I would encourage you to keep up with your meds and work with your doctors.
If you're just imagining voices or conversations, that's something different. And if that's the case, I encourage you to put your skills to the test, preferably a double-blind test. I suspect you'll find that your telepathy disappears.
