For millennia people naturally have been seeing stuff their current Science could not explain at the time---And attributing them to "Spirits of the dead" "gods" "Demons" etc.---Its still no different today---People see some humanoid "shape" they cant explain, and immediately think "Ghost". Autosuggestion may fill in the details.-----So the skeptics are both right and wrong---Actual "Ghosts" as "spirits" may not exist, but the unexplained phenomena that inspires them certainly does---Only illogical Skeptics think unexplained phenomena does not exist either.
Other possibilities, in the case of very detailed "ghosts", especially those wearing period clothing and "props" like eyeglasses, canes, etc.---Cannot really be explained even by the superstitious "spirit theory"---But Modern Physics CAN explain them---we may be seeing LIVING humans, but from another TIME---via an intermittent, natural Time space "Rift" or "Einstein- Rosen bridge", that connects two different times. Why not? two of the greatest Physicists who ever lived say it is possible, and it would look EXACTLY like some "ghost" reports seen for centuries. So how do we not know it is so----it also means we do not have to invent "spirit" beings, as living humans, but in another time would work quite well.

- Ghosts do exist, they are scientifically possible. Call them spirits if you want, or angels, but they can be very real and there is nothing supernatural about them.
