A minute ago, i was just sat up in bed listening to rehab by rhianna on youtube, I put my laptop and headphones to the side and got up, i walked towards my TV and i heard someone say "ouch" in a quiet voice, I believe that it is a ghost because i have had a few incounters with them before such as a glass rocking back and forth and a coke can tipped over by itself.
There was also no one here to say it and it wasnt my TV because the voice came from the side to just a little bit behind me.
No matter what you say it was NOT my imagination. I am perfectly healthy, no past cases of being psychopathic or anything like that. This is the FIRST time i have heard anything, i almost had a asthma attack. What should i do?
ps : i can't get an ouji board however you spell it or a exorcist or anything like that because my parents don't believe in ghosts, well that's what they tell me even though they saw the coke can tip over by itself.

1? The term you are looking for is not 'psychopathic' but "Schizophrenia" or a affected with a psychosis.
#2. So do some research, has your home had deaths? Do you have a lot of teen agers close by? Running Water?
#3. I would never advise someone to play with a Ouija Board when you don't know how to deal with what you can connect with.
I would suggest you do some research, find out what has happened in your home, it does not sound like anything is there to harm you so just keep living your life, and jot done in a log book when things occur.
It is always best to have factual evidence to show someone rather than "Guess what I saw" if you can take photos of the phenomena that is even better to 'prove' your case, in any case? You have experienced something, so now it is up to you on what you want to do.

You can't see ghosts. You know why? Because they don't want to be seen! They want to let you know they're there but they are too afraid of being spotted, that's why they hide. The next time something happens, tell them off! "Not you again" in n angry voice. Challenge them, talk to them, be firm with them. They'll soon 'disappear'.

Are you in an older house? If you can, try and get some help from actual ghost hunters (Im sure there is something on the Internet) also see if u can get ghost hunters to come to your house and investigate.
If you can't, ignore the ghost for now. And do some more research on the Internet.
I don't know if my answer is helpful or not, but good luck!
