I Am A Improper Fraction. The Sum Of My Numerator And Denominator Is 1 Less Than A Perfect Square. Their Difference Is One More Than A Perfect Square. Their Product Is 1 Less Than A Perfect Square. Their Product Is 1 Less Than A Perfect Square. Who Am I?

product = 8 one less than 9 which is 3 squared.
sum= 15 one less than 15 which is 4 squared.
difference= 2 one more than 1 which is 1 squared.
