I am 99% sure I am a physic/sensitive. The thing is... I'm only 14 and I'm not exactly sure how to use this "power." I really want to be able to use this gift... But I'm not sure how. It just hits me unless I sit still for a long time and focus. I'm just really confused about the whole thing... Any tips/advice would be great. Thank you all so much in advance!

You have to meditate at least once a week to release excess energy your chakra builds up over time. Also try to meditate and try to discipline your abilities so you can control them and they wont get in the way of every day life. Also you can try to practice with your abilities a bit. Try and see what your friends are doing or were some people are going. This will give you a better understanding of how they work.
I had the same problem when i was starting up with being a shaman. Certain abilities opened up to me i never knew i had and it was hard to control even a small amount of energy that relates to one ability. But now that i've learned how to use these abilities its not so bad.
