I see ambient energy everyday, all day long, and more clearly at night. There are usually tight-knit masses of this energy, what I perceive to be spiritual energy beings. I pray often, believe in no religion in particular, but I have strong faith and I'm highly spiritually aware. I cleanse myself and my space often, guard my thoughts by keeping them positive (I don't want to attract negative spirits). I used to be really aware of negative beings when I was younger, but I've decided to change my mindset and energy output to keep myself healthier and more positive. Now I mostly see white or blue brightly coloured beings.
My question, is there any correlation between temperatures and benevolent or malevolent beings? I often feel soft brushes on my arms, feet, face and head. Very often around my mouth and hands recently. They are usually cold or tingly. I very regularly feel tingling at the crown of my head also. I was just wondering if anyone could elaborate on this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. ^-^

Yes these are all good spirits, see when you pray, your prayers are either and or heard and felt in the spiritual world. I at times after prayer would see spirits more too. This could be one or more spirit guides, they usually touch a lot especially the one that is closer to you.
Good spirits are more attracted to sensitive people that pray, because again prayers that are sincere and of heart felt are heard and felt why these are usually the prayers that are answered faster. And why good spirits come near because they are compassionate, they feel what you feel. Spirits good and bad can basically read our thoughts by our aura, same as countenance which displays our feelings and emotions. But if you allow Christ within, the light of Christ will shine through your countenances, why you don't see negative spirits like you did, you see the good spirits, guides, and or angels.....they are there to protect you......I been through this, and spiritual war fare, actually stood between a demon and my spirit guide whom helped me that night to rid that demon, and he never did come back.

I used to work in the hospital lobby and this girl could also talk to spirits but did not tell everyone about it except for me. All i know is that auras have a certain color to them, and when someone is angry their aura becomes red or something. I think you are talking about that.
