So, I was , I remember water, lots of it, and smaller mountains around all around, and flying through them, and there was a mountain, plateau , that was fairly large, round and on it were circular door ways if you would, and on each side where crystals.

It reminds me very much of one of the launch stations from a TV show called Thunderbirds. Maybe you're misinterprating this vision for what was really just a distant memory of something you saw a long time ago on TV?
