cats allways land on there feet, and toast allways lands butter side down, if you put toast butter side up on the back of a cat and throw it in the air, would it stay in perpetual motion in the air??

The cat would flick its tail, turn over and eat the butter, then turn right way up again.
Meanwhile as the toast no longer has any butter it CAN'T land butter side down.
So both would land right way up.
