Stuck on simplifying this problem

Lol I have a really old iPhone so its kind of blurry. Anyways,......
8x^3 - 6x^2 - x + 15 Over 2x - 3

The answer i get is 4x^2 + 3x + 4 + 35/2x - 3

not sure if its right

And i need help with

8+y/y^2 + 2-3y/y

The problems are difficult to type because they contain fractions and long division, so hopefully you can read my writing. Lol I have a really old iPhone so it's kind of blurry. Anyways, the answers are:

1) 4x^2 + 3x + 4 + 27 / (2x - 3)
2) (-3y^2 + 3y + 8) / y^2
