So I am a jr and I take chem it is so hard to me. I mean every test I took I failed and I got a 70 in it. I use to be good in sci I got 95 in earth sci and 98 in bio. Why is chem so hard? Is there anyway that I can pass out with at least a 95 and get at least an 80 or 95 on test

Chemistry is indeed harder than biology.
Chemistry in a way is a little like mathematics. You really need to know the basics perfectly before going to more advanced stuff. While biology, there's lots of different aspects and it's really learning stuff by heart which is easy.
The only thing you can really do is build yourself solid bases and move forward. Read your notebook from the start. As soon as there's something you don't understand perfectly, practice it until you do. Then move on to other stuff. As you get better, what's fun with chemistry, is that you'll start doing it automatically and it becomes a lot easier.
Good luck!
