1. Is that the only time you hear it? Make sure you debunk everything, buildings with bells, household appliances, etc.....Always rule things out when you experience strange things......Sometimes, when we swear it something, it turns out to be the simplest things. You can also get a tape recorder (most effective) and record, see if you pick up anything, if a spirit is there, they will say something.
