Am I having some sort of spiritual experience

I was in the bookstore reading and this overwhelming sense of connection with the universe took over me. I began to get goosebumps everywhere as a result of this feeling and waves of energy running up and down my spine. Everything in the moment was perfect, I no longer feel any desire or suffering. I feel as if I am finally happy with everything, right here, in this moment. It's been over 3 hours and these feelings have not gone away, if anything they have intensified. I feel like I have just been set free from my mind and I am stuck in a perpetual state of bliss. I can't even explain it, it's not the typical 'happyness' it's like I have just woken up from a dream and have seen everything in a different light. I feel calm, slightly shaken but really calm and happy. I'm still getting goosebumps, but I have a sense of reassurance about the universe, like everything is going to be ok. What's wrong with me? Please help.

I am happy for you and thankful that you have shared this experience. We can have at times a feeling of connectedness with ourselves, others and our place in this life. Some would call it "ecstasy" others may refer to it as an "epiphany" but this is a wondrous feeling and experience. What leads one to this is unique to the individual and there could of been something that you had come across or even possibly was bestowed upon you somehow.It is indeed that can lift your spirit and seems to transcend this realm . Enjoy this experience and I would as well recommend writing about it. Keep a log or journal.This would be good to refer to later on. Take care.

Sometimes it last for minutes to hours, once it lasted in me all day on Sunday, and that day I went to a new church that I never been to, God and I met and invited everyone at the door that day, and that's not like me on the norm....but I do know the feeling....God is always happy, and when He is with you He does share it in that way to basically like to pat you on the back.

Dont worry about it. Enjoy the feeling while it last :). Tjere is nothing wrong with you. There are many people in this world who would give anything to experience what you are ferling. So get down and pray thanking god for the feeling and blessings that are on the way. I wish I was feeliing that right now, so enjot it.
