Hi I''m 15 and worried.Well throughout the day i hear my name being called. But I'm in the room alone and no ones home but me. AND At Night I Hear The Doors Opening And footsteps up and down the stairs.And My Brothers Moved Out , My Dad Don't Come home until 12, and i don't see my mom for days! Those Doors are always locked (i'm very scary xD). I Called my mom and she said i was being paranoid. Am i ?

Yes. And I totally get it but you have to relax. I once had this stage when i was home alone. Once I was even with my sister and we heard "footsteps"above our heads. We literally ran over in our pajamas scared sh*tless. Don't worry about it, it'll pass!

are watching or reading any horror? I believe it is your mind playing tricks on you. If you mind believes in hearing or seeing thing that not actually there you will see and hear these things. So try to put on peaceful music like jazz or classical relax your mind. or watch some comedy. do anything to put yourself in a calm state and clear.
