To get the right amount of energy for the day? I have an active lifestyle and don't get a lot of time to myself so I have these B vitamin complex tablets, I've been taking two a day? Should I take more?

It depends on the ingredients of this vitamin B complex.
50mg/mcg of each vitamin B (theres several, i.e. B6, B12) would be perfect, anything more than that will just be excreted in your urine, not absorbed.
I probably wouldn't go higher than that. So, look at the ingredients on the bottle and see how much mg of each Vitamin B is in there and if it is 25mg, take two. If It's 50mg, take 1, etc.
Remember, take vitamins with food and plenty of water for best absorption!

Unless they have been prescribed by a doctor you do not need to take any at all.
If you were short of B vitamins you would have various symptoms and would be unable to have the active lifestyle you say you have.
