You only excrete the water soluble vitamins in your pee. The fat soluble (lipophilic) ones like A, D, E, and K can build up in your body because they're stored in your fat, and excesses can cause various problems. So don't take more than a couple of those kids' vitamins. Buy yourself some Smartees or Skittles to snack on.
