Just a doctor's visit and not an ER visit?
I remember going to Patient First without insurance and it was about $150, but that was years ago and Patient First is pretty expensive. An x-ray would probably run you anywhere from $20 and up depending on how many shots they need to do and the type of shot they run. They might ask you to do a CT scan, which can be even more expensive. The office would probably also want to draw blood to run labs on, since chest x-rays by themselves don't always give them the info they need to give a diagnosis. These can be anywhere from $40 to $100+ depending on how many they run and what they run. Now if it's an ER visit then it'll be around $500-1000 dollars (without insurance), most likely and that's in the low range as well. If you don't have insurance than I recommend that you ask your doctor if there's any sort of programs as far as fees go. Many places have ways to help you out as far as fees go.
I'm going to guess that your visit will probably run you at least about $300 without insurance and that's a low estimate. If you have insurance or need less labs and scans done, it'll of course be far less than this.
