What happens if youre found in an alley, unconscious and bloody, but still with a pulse, and taken to the ER

I need something exact because google was a bust.In excruciating detail, please and thanks :)-The hospital does not wait to ID you before they begin treatment, no matter how young.A person who is unconscious is, by law,......
Say you have no wallet on you and such. what can they do before they know your identification, and who choses? If they find your identity and parents, do they still have your parents decide what to do with you even if you're not a minor?
Please only nurses/people with expeience answer, I need something exact because google was a bust.
In excruciating detail, please and thanks :)

The hospital does not wait to ID you before they begin treatment, no matter how young. A person who is unconscious is, by law, felt to give implied consent for treatment. Critical things are addressed first. Non critical things wait. They would not treat a fat lip or a black eye because there is no treat ment for that. They would do a CT and rule out head trauma & suture wounds etc. What meds they give you is entirely dependent on what is going on-you can not predict that. When you woke up they would ask your name & what happened and things like that.

Hospitals will simply enter you as a Doe (John Doe, Jane Doe, or some variant like Kurtis Doe). In my city's trauma center, all trauma patients (which is undoubtedly how an unconscious, bloody person will be treated) are entered as a Doe even if their name is known.

In this country, emergency situations are resolved, period. We take people to the ER and treat them. The procedure in a trauma center is the same once you arrive. It starts with the primary survey which can be remembered with the acronym ABCDE:
A: airway; make sure the airway is clear and usable
B: breathing; make sure the patient is breathing and examine the lungs
C: circulation; make sure the heart is effectively pumping blood; if not, find out why and address the problem
D: disability; check for neurological deficits indicating the presence of a traumatic brain injury
E: exposure; remove the patients clothes

The findings then dictate what happens next. Usually an x-ray of the chest is taken, and further imaging is guided by the situation (e.g., a head CT if you have signs of a head injury). Every patient is different, but the goal is always the same: keep the person alive.

Our city Police would react as if a homicide has taken place by moving outward from where the person is found for at least 2 days & having related most info to the media(ASAP).
The hospital would begin general medical procedures to stabilize the patient.

EDIT: The patient can be allergic to any medication including pain relief.Pain can prove to be a good thing in urgent medical situations.
Don't worry a good medical station will be already be looking & preparing for every reaction regardless of any John/Jane Doe cases.et al
