There are 32 Members at a club. Only 1/4 of these are male. More males are needed to create a more balanced club. At least 1/3 of the members must be males.
How many more males would they need, if no more girls joined the club?
If you can, please explain and show the steps to solve this problem. Much appreciated.
Thanks

32 members only 1/4 are males which means 8 members out of the 32 are males
1/3 must be males ... which mean 10.6 members which means 11 men
so the club needs more 3 males to join
