I have heard some people take birth control and they actually get pregnant. I want one that does not allow you to get pregnant at all

you can get injection every month or three months. If the meds are regulated well you will not get pregnant. Taking things like antibiotics and such can allow it.
There are implants as well. Only your Dr can give you the dose you need.
Ask your Dr for something like this.

My wife has tried many different types of birth control methods, and the one she finds the most easily maintainable is the Nuva Ring. You take it out 1 time before your period and put it back in in 3 to 4 days. Once in, you don't have to worry about it again for another month. This is a great alternative to taking a pill everyday. We all know sometimes you just forget. She also hasn't noticed any breakouts, or unexplained weight gain since she has been on it. I highly recommend it.

Docs like you to be on the least amount of hormone that is still effective for you to bleed regularly. Depo shots will screw you up, don't do those. Nuvaring is an excellent choice; it is low dose and convenient. I used it continuously (hated periods) for many years.

The only 100% birth control is to not have sex. All birth control pills, like all medications can have side affects. Consult with your doctor & find something that works for you.

There are risks and benefits to all types of birth control. Talk to your doctor about which one is right for you.
