Will I pass a target drug test

I smoked like 10 days ago, I have a fast metabolism, I do gymnastics so I work out often, I drink a good amount of water and my diet is mostly carbs and protein. Any insight?

If before your last hit, ten days ago, you smoked a few times a week or more than no. You will not pass a drug screen test. However, if you smoke infrequently (once or twice a month to make this easy), then no you will not test positive. Infrequent smokers will test positive for up to about 1 week after their last use whereas chronic smokers (every day or nearly every day) will test positive for up to 3 months.

It takes like 4 days to be undetectable. You'll be fine. If you want to be certain you can buy a home drug test at a pharmacy. The level that it detects in the home drug test is the same that is used for pre-employment screening - 40 ng/dL.
