Every member knows password,
The man hide himself beside wall & tried to listen password.
A member came, watchman said 'twelve'
Member replied 6,
Watch man opened d door.
Another member came, watchman said 'six'

there are 3 letters in the word "six"
there are 6 letters in the word "twelve"
there are 5 letters in the word "eight"
so 5 would have been the password to get into the club.
