Im a freshman and I skpipped algebra 1 and geometry because it was very easy. It turns out that the graduates of 2014 that are in algebra 2 have to take these tests so I don't know what they are learning and what to xpect on the test. So how can I prepare for taking them?

You need to go back to Pre-Algebra and learn the basics before you do Algebra 1. Math is not easy.
