Ibuprofen hands down especially for inflammatory arthritic conditions (psoriasis, rheumatoid..). If that doesn't cut it then add Tylenol.
Ibuprofen should be avoided if you have any history of gastric ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding. Also do not use Ibuprofen if you have a history of kidney disease without first consulting your doctor.
Tylenol should not be used in excess of 4 grams a day and should be avoided with liver conditions.
