Thanks guys, Id appreciate it if anybody can help me out a little bit with this.-It depends on the kind of chromatography youre using;I like paper chromatography for plant pigments.The process involves extracting the pigments chemically and using a solvent to separate them on paper.They appear different colors because the molecules that make them up absorb/reflect different wavelengths of light.-There are many ways to perform chromatography,......
I can't find anything on this anywhere online and I kind of need help with this. Also, how would you describe plant chromatography/plant pigments and why do objects appear certain colors ( absorption, reflection). Thanks guys, I'd appreciate it if anybody can help me out a little bit with this.
