Help!!!!!! with chemistry question!!

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-12-31] [Hit: ]
Carbon 14 has 2 extra neutrons in the nucleus. Because this is an unstable isotope, a nuclear reaction occurs, causing it to decompose into nitrogen. This occurs because one of the neutrons in the nucleus actually turns into a proton, and an electron is ejected out of the neutron.......
so, the question is:
Explain the nuclear reaction that takes place to convert carbon 14 into nitrogen 14, You may include the picture.

I researched alot, but couldn't find it!!!!

14C + p+ --> 14N + n0 (p+= proton; n0=neutrone)
