Likely not. However perhaps a technology will be developed that effectively allows humans to go much faster than light. Or maybe not.

Well scientifically its impossible. Consider space as a jelly and when a space ship travels through space it actually goes through that jelly. So if we travel 3x10 to the power 8 m/sec the molecules of our body can't stand the excess amount of stress from the jelly(dark matter) & would break down.

in realtion to many things, we already ARE moving at the speed of light. in relation to a LOT of things, we are moving FASTER than light. Objects with mass cannot be ACCELERATED at the speed of light, but reaching and passing the speed of light is easy.

As far as we now understand things, that would be impossible.
For an interesting read about things like "warp drives" and "transporters" and "tractor beams", try reading "The Physics of Star Trek" which has great physics discussions.

Nothing with rest mass can reach the speed of light, it would take infinite force to accelerate it to such a speed.
