Converse; what are they and how do you do them

Write the converse of each statement?
If 3y=5 then 6y=10

The converse of If A, then B is If B, then A.

If both the statement and its converse are true the statement is called a biconditional

So it is If 6y = 10 then 3y = 5. which is true
