Sometimes, on bad days, I see all the questions asked in the last ten minutes (or so) suddenly disappear, all at the same time, and in many categories (obviously a server problem). If I had one of these questions open in another tab, and I go back to it, trying to submit an answer, I get the message about it being deleted, even though I know that it simply fell victim to an electronic "senior moment".

The most interesting one so far is the one that is composed of diamond... the whole planet is made of diamond!!! ... how cool is that .. talk about bling!!! lol
There is well over 500, encroaching on 600. As to having your question deleted, I had an answer deleted for no reason so beware of trolls that lurk in the darkness.
50,000,000,000 (50 billion) planets estimated to be in the galaxy. 574 extrasolar planets found so far.
There are a few thousand likely but unconfirmed planets now, from the Kepler satellite.
oh only several million are thought to out there.
