it really depends on how much money mom and pop has. people are influenced by their surroundings more than they are influenced by where the stars were when they were born. think about it. where was the stars when you were conceived in the backseat of a car. that's when your life started. not when mom pushed out a pup. and you have no way of knowing when mom and pop giggled and squiggled and brought you into this world.
