I suppose there is no right or wrong answer, just your opinion will suffice. Please include supporting a supporting arguement.

Yes, I think so.
Because technology is increasing at a extremely fast pace in recent years, think of what we would be capable of doing in the 5 billion years we have left until the end of the sun. So, eventually, we would be able to discover and create a method of doing this. Maybe even find a way to travel through wormholes and use theories like the 'Time-Space' theory.
I think, because there is no limit to time, something (it might not even be us humans- another intelligent life form) will find a way of exploring and venturing to other galaxies and solar systems.
But, of course it would be possible for the human race to be wiped out before we have a chance to do this.
If you think about it, we have already taken our first steps to this. Our race has walked on the moon and found ways of taking footage of other planets. It will only be a matter of time until we discover a way of traveling long distances in space.

Maybe some day we will learn how to travel faster than light, or to travel through time, or both. If that becomes possible, then the answer would become yes. Unless we learn one or both of these, however, the answer is no.
-
I would say no, because even at the speed of light, it would take thousands of years to reach the nearest star and millions to the nearest galaxy. Unless we find a way to live that long, then I find it unlikely.
-
No because they are so far away even if you traveled at the speed of light you would die before you reached most of them. So unless we find some speed not known to man yet, no we most likely won't be able to.

Perhaps a better question is whether humans will survive this century.
We are working very hard not to.
