I don't think engineers have found a material strong enough or technology complex enough to
1. get it that far without it corroding,
or
2. get it to and from the other galaxy and still be able to control it.
Maybe one day, but I don't think our techonology is there yet.

going to other planet itself very difficult bt u dreaming about other galaxy. our galaxy is around 100000 light years in diameter. its not easy to go away.
but humans will go to mars for research when u go to age 35 or 40 years.
our level in space travel is not good because of lower technology,so according to science humans will land in mars for life research from 2030 to 2035. so step by step we can move outside

Not unless your planning to live a few million years. If you can find a way to go thousands of times faster than the speed of light maybe. I doubt it will happen anytime in the next 100,000 years. Im not sure what people are going to be like then.

No, the radiation would kill the people way more chernobyl did. I don't think we'll ever go to another galaxy. Its hard enough to get to Mars. Let alone another galaxy.
-
No, the closest one is 25,000 light years which even at the speed of light ( the fastest speed known) it would take 25,000 years and light speed isnt even possible for humans are bodies couldnt handle it

hypothetical question u mmmmmmmmmmm
