I just need to know. If you don't know this answer, then what would happen if a turtle went to the moon?

Death.

Either would die, probably within minutes. A turtle might last longer (though a tortoise probably wouldn't), since it's used to holding its breath for long periods.
Near-total decompression is a death sentence to complex organisms used to normal pressures. They wouldn't explode (that's a myth), their blood won't boil in their veins (another myth), and they won't freeze immediately (another misconception). But they would probably lose consciousness after a minute or so (maybe longer for the turtle), and would die a few minutes later.

Well a monkey went to the moon, so I'm sure w/e happened to the monkey will happen to the giraffe and the turtle, too. Did you eat paint chips as a child? Lol

If they're not wearing a special suit that will completely cover their body, their blood will boil and they will die.
-
It would suffocate and most likely die. ;D
-
it couldnt breath, and if it moves it could lose its stance because of low/no gravity and float in space...dead...

I'm guessing it would die
