Is Pluto bigger than Neptune

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-05-11] [Hit: ]
Pluto is now considered a dwarf planet. and Neptune is fairly large, so id go with no-Pluto is smaller than Neptune. Plutos diameter is less than 3000 kilometers. Thats one thing that makes it a dwarf planet. Neptunes diameter is greater than 3000 kilometers,......
Is it or not?

Pluto is smaller than Neptune. Pluto's diameter is less than 3000 kilometers. That's one thing that makes it a dwarf planet. Neptune's diameter is greater than 3000 kilometers, and it has not "cleared its neighborhood" of Pluto. Its diameter is the only reason Neptune is still a planet, not a dwarf planet. (Most people completely miss the 3000 kilometer diameter criterion. They don't have the memory capacity to remember four things at the same time, apparently.)

In heart and spirit Pluto is the biggest planet in the universe.

There ain't no finer planet than Pluto.

In fact, Pluto is smaller than our Moon.

Neptune is bigger than Earth (therefore much, much bigger than our Moon).
