Looks like to me Saturn looks bigger than Jupiter by Saturn's wings. :D

Well of course it does. Same as earth looks bigger than Jupiter from the moon.

Yes, Saturn with its rings has more seconds of arc of visual width than Jupiter does. Jupiter's "wings" are too dark to be seen, unless the rings happen to occult a background star. which is how Uranus' rings were discovered serendipitously.

Saturn does not have wings, unless you have a speech impediment.
