Gonna say my opinion: As much as I like bears, I'm gonna vote lion. It is adapted to kill animals as large as buffalo, while grizzly bears mostly prey on small mammals and sick, old, and young animals. The lion is also much faster and more agile with bigger teeth. It can easily dodge the bear's attacks and land a fatal blow at the neck.

The Grizzly Bear would easily win, the Bear could stand on its hind legs and rain down paw swipes while Lions can only fight with one paw! it's also a slow and sloppy swipe.
