I know it is just a mathematically hypothetical possibility that has never existed, but I have had trouble actually finding what it is. I don't want any long winded scientific or mathematic answer cause I have been studying up on it. What I can't find and what to know is a very materialistic answer. Like what would it look like and what would it do if you got close to it?

Yes, the concept of white holes is hypothetical. This is a flattering way to say impossible. But it gives theoretical physicists something to keep them occupied.
Since white holes cannot physically exist, then you can pretty much come up with any answer to your questions that you want to and none can be proven incorrect.
For those who want to believe in the fantasy, a white hole would represent the opposite of a black hole. The hypothetical scenario is that what goes into a black hole is not destroyed or absorbed by the dead star but magically appears somewhere else in space out of a white hole.
The white hole would have mass but even though it would attract matter, nothing would ever enter it - only exit - so you would never be able to reach the event horizon of a white hole since it would somehow push you away after you got close enough to it (LOL).
Other concepts have a white hole as a black hole going backwards in time (whatever that means).
The overall problem is that our current mathematics within physics is not able to deal with the gravity and pressures that exist within a black hole. This leads some to imagine that the interior of a black hole is not a dead star which has collapsed but a magical portal to another dimension or a gateway to another universe.

Okay, here's what I've gathered in a nutshell. White Holes are NOT the reverse of Black Holes. They both distort Space-Time, and in very similar ways.
White Holes CAN be entered from the outside, but it takes forever to get there. According to Schwarzschild's Metric, by the time you reach a White Hole, it's turned into a Black Hole! (Okay, that's weird.) Don't worry, I'll try to explain.
