I hope this is not a serious question. But Physics is a very difficult subject that requires the understanding of math and the application of those mathematical equations in order to understand how the subject works. Don't feel bad because you can't understand the subject matter, many people don't even know what an atom is or how to find x in within a simple quadratic equation. Just remember what one of the most prominent Physicist once said. ''Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity''.
