Can we look back in time with superlight speed travelling

So, if we were able to make some space rocket faster than light with camera on it which would travel into space, and it would travel about 70 light years above the Earth, and then it would take a photo of the Europe with some ultra zoom.. would there be a Europe during WW2 on the photo?

Its a possiblity and hasn't be proven yet. If you think about the light from stars light years away they have yet to shone on us. When it does that is a piece of the past right there in those light particles

Lets make it simpler.
Someone right now at this instant is 70 light years from the earth and they happen to choose to take a photo using their super zoom.
This photo would be of earth as it was 70 years ago. Not as it is now.
The photo is put into the interstellar mail.
No matter how long this mail takes, the photo would eventually arrive here with the images that you suggest.

So IF you could instantly move those 70 light years, stop then turn around, everything you say would be true.

Now let us go further. some 50 light years from us a planet put up a giant mirror. Many years ago.
And our astronomers just happen to turn their telescopes onto the planet.
They catch the reflection of light from this mirror and see the Titanic sink.

I believe that time is like a consumable. It is not recycle-able. Hence, once it is consumed, it cannot come back. So you cannot travel into past.

Yes. The light from WWII is, in theory, still moving away from the earth.

Although in practice, it may not be possible to pick up those few photons.
