what is the magnitude of the net force acting on the pick up truck when it is accelerating?b. if the pick up truck is carrying a load of bricks with mass 500 kg, what will be its acceleration?c. 4. A pickup truck is accelerating from rest at a rate of 6m/s^2
a. if the mass of the empty pick up truck is 1300kg , what is the magnitude of the net force acting on the pick up truck when it is accelerating?

b. if the pick up truck is carrying a load of bricks with mass 500 kg, what will be its acceleration?

c. What is the net force acting on the truck if it is being driven along a straight road at a constant speed of 25 m/s?

Please show work and your answer, my teacher is not a physics teacher but has been assigned to this subject and there will be a test on these q's with diff numbers tomorrow. THANKS!

You can answer all these question using the equation:

F=ma

where: F = force
m = mass
a = acceleration

4.a. F= 1300*6
F= 7800N

b. F=ma
7800=1800a
7800/1800=a
a= 4.3ms^-2

c. Since the truck is at constant velocity, the rate of change of velocity (acceleration) is 0. Therefore, the net force is 0.
