Most teleportation you see in movies would be a violation of several physical laws, including the prohibition on faster-than-light travel. As such, it seems unlikely.
However, the idea of two "portals" that you can travel between might be possible. Scientists call these "Wormholes", and it's believed that they might be real and allow effective FTL travel (although a user is still moving slower-than-light through the wormhole).

Anything is possible if someone could figure out how to dematerialize a human and move the particles to another location then materialize them again it could work it's possible but not possible at the moment
