2) That sounds like a stock standard nightmare. Drunk people are very hard to see in near total darkness, and they don't disappear when you close and open your eyes. That stuff does happen all the time in dreams though, and nobody said dreams only happen when you're 'fully' asleep. Falling asleep and waking up are gradual processes, so you can't count anything you see when you just woke up as a ghost.
3) Again... how could you see that well in darkness? You're human, and as a species our night vision sucks. That episode sounds very much like a sudden attack of the creepies, not an encounter with the devil herself. (That's right, the devil is not a guy)
4) Unless you can verify that the sounds are not something physical, saying they must be ghosts or demons is pure assumption and jumping to conclusions. All buildings make noises day and night, but you can only really hear them when everyone is sleeping or you're alone. Stand in the middle of your house in broad daylight and shut everything off as it it was bed-time, and listen for a minute. You'll hear all that stuff going on. That's because buildings constantly expand, contract, settle into their foundations, and lean and twist. If your house wasn't flexible, it would collapse really quickly.
Sorry, but your stuff is just too normal to be considered paranormal.
