How to add 3.10 with 14.5%

I am always getting 3.245 which is wrong.-3.10+[(14.5/100)x3.10]=3.......

3.10 + 14.5% is how much? I am always getting 3.245 which is wrong.

3.10+[(14.5/100)x3.10]=3.5495.... As simple as it is...

i think its just 3.10+.145 = 3.24 .
