This question isnt written correctly but I am curious. I know people have circled the globe east to west but is it possible to circle the globe at the northern or southern points? If this has been done who did it? Hopefully i'm not being to confusing

Manned space flights have never used polar orbits, which is what you're talking about, because they aren't useful to a manned flight, and because most satellites don't orbit the Earth that way.
Plus, manned spacecraft need to be able to land without much difficulty, and going over both polar regions on every orbit greatly reduces where and when one can land safely.
Certain kinds of unmanned satellites fly polar orbits, because they need to be able to see pretty much 100% of the surface of the Earth. Some weather sats, some Earth resources sats, and so on, plus many military reconnaissance satellites use polar orbits.
There are also launch restrictions from some launch facilities about going to polar orbits, due to the different trajectories that the rocket would have to fly, and where it's discarded stages would fall.

I read somewhere about a flight excursion that you could sign up for, that in the space of about 36 hours your plane would take off and land from the same major airport in the US, and pass over both the south and north poles. It started at some place like Washington Dulles, and had refueling stops in Chile, New Zealand and Japan. IIRC the cost was something like $2,000, but now I can't find any record of it.

I Know Satellites orbiting the Earth- do it. But I suspect it would be really Difficult for Humans to Do it- because of the lack of Land masses on BOTH Side of the Earth- to Travel down ( not to MENTION all the Changes in Climate along the Way ) . So while it may be "Possible"; it certainly WOULDN'T be- "Easy" !! :)
