Ok.. So last summer my little sister and I were playing a game bc I had to baby sit her while my parents were out of town, so we were playing a game where we pretended to summon ghosts.. At first I was just messing with her and scaring her, but then we sat down in front of her 120 year old antique mirror and played the ouji board.. Just to scare the crap out of her I pretended that a 'ghost' was takin over my body haha (and it did really scare her lol) but then I opened my eyes saying that there really was no such thing as ghosts (she was bawling at this point) and I saw a mans face staring at me in the mirror! And it couldnt have been her face because all you could see of her in the mirror was the back of her head because she was facing me and I was standing beside her. I only saw the face for a moment. He was grungy looking and had brown hair and a slight beard. I never told my sister about what I saw. She just thought I was joking when I screamed and ran to turn the lights on.. But anyways, ever since then I feel like there is always eyes on my back and idk if I'm paranoid or if im really hearing voices in the hall outside my door. It's a man and a womans voice, but when I open my door to look nobody is there. U have to understand my house is very very old.. Who knows what could have happened there.

Sounds like 'you mind' believed the suggestion you were making to your little sister.
First of all, don't worry and certainly don't panic. I think you gave yourself a fright, and this happens all the time and to many people.

Ghosts are as real as santa, the loch ness monster, boogie man, superman, and god.

Don't let anyone fool you Ghost are real and you should never be playing with a oujia board!

Although I am open to the possibilities of ghosts, there are more reasonable explanations for your experience.
You said the mirror was old. I can't imagine that it was too clear (plus you said it was in the dark). Your brain probably perceived natural shadows of the room or the imperfections of the really old mirror (and because you were already thinking about ghosts) as a man.
Voice could just be creaking of the house. My house creaks too sometimes and I think it's my name, but it ends up being the wind moving the house ever so slightly...
