Well I think I have been being haunted for a very long time and I heard that orbs are ghosts and I am not quite sure if this is real so I am asking for your opinion.

Many orbs are debunked as dust, and or reflections of light.....but I also know that some orbs are real spirits because I have actually seen then change forms to human. Could be a spirit guide too, I have seen many spirits and out of the bunch that came around me a few years ago, one made herself known to me and as my spirit guide, I have learn a lot from her in the four years she came to me, and shown herself in may shapes from full details to not many details to orb shape, cloud shape, depending on the stage of manifestation she was in, and she communicated in many stages.

if it is a dark colored orb it isn't a spirit it is a photo defect or trick of light.you still might experience hauntings but the photo hasn't nothing to do with it.

No. It is FAR more likely that it is nothing more than a defect in the old film.
