Is the amp rating on this switch okay

i have a guitar pedal and the toggle switch broke, so its stuck on one of the settings. lame. so the rating on the switch is 1a 250v and 3a 120v (minimum and maximum im guessing?)
i found a switch online thats rated 3a 125v....could i use that?

The switch you found would make an excellent replacement.
Just for your Information the values you mention are both maximums; safe limits for the switch. The allowable current is lower as the voltage applied increases.
