No, you can add more muscle fiber but you cannot change the type. After all there are only 3 muscle types : striated (i.e. biceps, triceps, hamstrings etc.), smooth (i.e. lining of intestines, stomach, etc.) and cardiac (the heart). So no, you cannot change the fiber type of your muscles, you can only make them bigger which would add more fibers.

fiber types are like the difference from being cut and jacked. so if you are jacked you would be more of a type II, and cut more of a type I. i believe this would mean yes.
