my room is right next to his and i can hear everything that's going on . he moved away to college so i know ITS NOT HIM. at night hear steeping noises the light switches. my mom once heard his guitar play. and once i heard his piano play even though it wasn't on. what do i do

I agree. the spirit isnt causing any trouble. it seems like it just wanted a space to itself. ur brothers room is full of fun things for it to mess with. if it gets violent or a bit too frightening for u, then just ask it to leave. it doesnt seem like a mean ghost, just one thats bored and now has a room full of interesting things. this is why u hear the guitar and the piano.
